AI Powered in Sprint Automation

Problem

With the Agile methodology fast-paced sprint cycles, testing is to be done parallel to the development. Only prototype images are available for automation. No active application is available for scripting.

Solution

  • Suggested AI based automation, With existing UFT license, and the built-in AI capability in the 15.02 UFT version we were able to design automation scripts with the provided images and later tested on live application.
  • Solution also minimized the usage of Descriptive programming and object repository.

Even if the application has been switched to a different technology (e.g., Angular to ReactJS or Silverlight to HTML5), AI will continue to work based on the field names.
