Sekhar generously shares his wealth of experiential knowledge with people across the organization and beyond. An accomplished commercial pilot with Instrument, and Jet Type Ratings, Sekhar is available to clients wherever they might be. When not flying or mentoring the MResult team, Sekhar is passionate about running and has completed both the New York and Philadelphia marathons. He is a tech enthusiast constantly exploring new frontiers. But beyond this all, he is a storyteller, a lifelong learner, and a believer in investing in relationships that transcend transactional limits.

Starting his career as a Business Analyst, Ani has led large-scale teams and expanded operations for major pharma companies across a wide range of functions. His ability to foster strong client relationships and delivery excellence has been key to driving business growth. In his spare time, Ani enjoys exploring photography and videography, blending creativity with his professional pursuits.

Hema brings 18+ years of experience in IT and is a Business Unit Head, focusing on growth strategy, customer success, and delivery excellence. Before joining MResult, she worked with SM NetServ Technologies, Sify Technologies Ltd, and Teledata Informatics Ltd in both product and service environments. Known for her innovative mindset, she effectively blends solution development with a customer-centric approach. She holds an MCA degree and Six Sigma Green Belt, CSM certification. In her free time, she enjoys music, which inspires her creativity and broadens her perspective.
Bob Roseman is an experienced multi-industry business leader with expertise procurement, negotiation expertise, business process design and implementation. His experience span environments ranging from raw materials for hard goods manufacturer to a wide array of services for the industry leaders in pharmaceuticals. Bob was Senior Director in Pfizer Worldwide Procurement and was responsible for enterprise wide Professional Services including and legal services, consulting services, financial services, HR services, IT services, real estate services, and translation services.He has been consulting and advising enterprises in driving growth for over 15 years.

He held management positions in IT and Finance and worked for the Corporation in Europe and the USA. Since retiring, John has advised a number of technology companies and is a Board member for a leading medical device startup in Scotland and a clinical research company in Canada.
John is a skilled, biopharmaceutical enterprise leader with extensive executive global management experience. He brings deep knowledge of clinical operations and regulatory operations. Over a career spanning three decades, he was involved with 21 products commercialized in healthcare. He has held executive positions at pharma majors including Pfizer, Sanofi and EMD Serono/Merck KGaA. He also served as a board member of TransCelerate Biopharma, Inc. aiding business leadership with company strategy and oversight.
Rangan Mohan (RM) is an experienced industry professional and executive coach with over 36 years of multi-disciplinary experience. Has been the CEO for two of India’s most respected listed IT companies. He is one of the longest serving company directors serving for over two decades in the board of listed companies in the country, including Audit and NR Committees. Has been an executive coach to over 100 organizations and coached over 1500 senior executives in last 15 years. He commands expertise and vase experience across sales, operations, finance and human resources management for a variety of verticals including IT, manufacturing, e-commerce, financial and fintech institutions.
