Business Objects reports package that integrates in LH .NET portal in less than three weeks.
Problem
- The client team was hindered by an existing .NET reporting system as the reports were static and limited. Any additional reports required technical support and involved significant lead times. This was a challenge for the Volume Exchange Pricing team.
- Part of the client team had already shifted to Spotfire for their reporting and the custom-developed Spotfire and Business Objects solution (from MResult) was well-received and included several customizations that made it easier for the end user to access and generate reports from their data.
Solution
The MResult team turned around a full solution and developed VEP reports under Business Objects reports package that integrates in LH .NET portal in less than three weeks. The Business Objects dashboard was consistent with the reporting from other teams and the reporting solution was customized and allowed several dynamic drill-downs allowing users to access insights from data at a granular level.
