Mathi Venkatachalam

With over 27 years of experience in IT services, Mathi Venkat is a founding member of MResult and currently serves as its Chief Operating Officer. He has been instrumental in driving MResult’s evolution from a one-employee startup to a global firm with over 1,000 employees. Mathi leads business development, oversees complex project delivery, and fosters innovation across the organization.

Beginning his career as an Analytics consultant at a Fortune 100 company, Mathi has consistently leveraged his expertise in AI, data analytics, and digital transformation to deliver impactful solutions for Fortune 500 clients. Under his leadership, MResult has transitioned from a service provider to a trusted consulting partner, helping clients achieve scalable success through technology-driven strategies.

Mathi is recognized for his forward-thinking approach, anticipating market trends and aligning technological innovation with business outcomes. He is also passionate about leadership development, promoting a collaborative culture that nurtures creativity and accountability within his teams.

Recently completing the CTO program at Wharton, Mathi continues to expand his strategic leadership capabilities. Outside of work, he is an avid tennis player and long-distance runner. Mathi holds a Master’s in Engineering from Anna University in Chennai, India.

Sekhar built MResult from the ground up, starting with 3 employees and one common goal, to build a rooted to the ground but ambitious, customer obessessed and people focused global organization. His unique leadership has given has made this vision a reality with 1000+ employees across five US states and three nations, supporting Fortune 100 companies across sectors. He strongly believes in empowering employees to achieve personal success and professional advancement. Sekhar generously shares his wealth of experiential knowledge with people across the organization and beyond.

An accomplished commercial pilot with Instrument, and Jet Type Ratings, Sekhar is available to clients wherever they might be. When not flying or mentoring the MResult team, Sekhar is passionate about running and has completed both the New York and Philadelphia marathons.
