MResult Staffing Process

We specialize in staffing high visibility, strategic engagements for business intelligence and SharePoint/.NET development. We approach staffing projects with the same kind of hands-on attention we give our product and development work.



1:Understand

Each staffing engagement begins with a series of discussions between the client and an MResult Account Manager and Sr. Technical Consultant. This discovery period gives us an opportunity to better understand the business problems being addressed, and in many cases help shape the proposed solution. This ensures we have the necessary background to find candidates with the business and technical skills required for the job.



2:Match

Finding the right match for an engagement requires more than just availability. We screen applicants for a mix of technical, business and communication skills. Ultimately, candidates who match your company's culture will be able to contribute more with less start up time.

Our years of experience in business intelligence and IT combined with the select nature of our staffing engagements means we can be nimble in meeting your needs. We are typically able to find candidates within 2 weeks of our initial discussions with you, and will provide you with multiple candidates to choose from.



3:Support

Once a resource has been placed, your Account Manager and Senior Technical Lead stay in place to support the resource and ensure that the project remains on track.



4:Report

Your Project Manager and Stakeholders will receive weekly reports on your project's process. Our Account Management team is also available to help you identify additional issues and opportunities as they arise.
